Meet Your Counselors*

Laura Barrett Larkins.

Laura Barrett Larkins wears many hats. Depending on the day, she might be a digital strategist, brand builder, social media fixer, founder, creative director, or the person quietly untangling the strange corners of the internet that tend to appear when someone Googles your name.

Over the years, Laura has worked with actors, CEOs, founders, artists, and public figures to help them better shape how they show up online. What started as helping friends and clients navigate search results, press coverage, and the occasional digital mess has grown into a specialty: guiding people toward a more accurate, intentional version of themselves on the internet.

Laura believes that everyone deserves a fair shot at telling their own story. The internet has a habit of freezing people in time, amplifying the wrong moments, or letting outdated information linger long past its relevance. Her work focuses on giving people more control over the narrative of their own lives, using strategy, creativity, and a healthy dose of honesty to do it.

When she is not deep in search results or mapping out digital strategies, Laura is also the founder of several creative projects and businesses, which means she understands firsthand what it feels like to build something in public. That perspective informs everything she does at Camp Rep: practical guidance, clear strategy, and the belief that your online presence should reflect who you actually are, not just whatever the internet happened to record first.

Think of her less as a reputation “fixer” and more as a very experienced camp counselor* for the modern internet.

NYC and Los Angeles SEO Reputation Manager Eugenie Grey of Camp Reputation

Eugenie Grey.

Having garnered two decades of unique expertise, Eugenie Grey is a true child of the internet.

Her storied accomplishments span an original blueprint that would end up spearheading the creator economy (worth an estimated $500 billion 16 years later in 2027), digital marketing and strategy, private investigations, reputation management, and more. The magnitude of her skillset is rivaled only by that of her lifework: to refine and engineer online data as an instrument for growth, not oppression.

Humans are more than clickbait articles, viral snapshots in time, and echochambers of online opinion. Far too often, the internet—a tool intended to connect us all—wreaks utter destruction. Eugenie believes everyone should be allowed to speak their truth…and she’s here to help it be heard best.

With her bespoke methods deftly navigating existing information, rebranding reputations to highlight the authentic self, anticipating hidden variables through investigation, and codifying contingency plans as to never be caught unawares, everyone has a chance at the redo they deserve.

Empathy. Agency. Respect. These are the core tenets to expect from Eugenie as your dedicated counselor* at Camp Rep, and the tenets which her mission champions for you.
